Purchase Cancellation Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel your Contract with Reem Supplements within 14 days, without giving a reason. This policy explains how that right works for our Products, and the limits that apply to it.

2. Cancellation Period

The cancellation period runs for 14 days starting from the day after you (or someone you've nominated, other than the courier) receive your Products. Where an Order is delivered in multiple parcels or instalments, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last item.

If you cancel before your Order has been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full — nothing further is required from you.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel, tell us clearly before the cancellation period ends. You can do this by:

• Emailing us at [insert support email] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel; or

• Using the model cancellation form below, or your own equivalent written statement.

We recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation notice and proof of when you sent it, in case you need to refer to it later.

4. Exception for Opened Supplements

Because Reem Collagen Elixir and our other Products are ingestible food supplements, the right to cancel does not apply once the seal on a bottle has been broken, in line with the exemption in the Regulations for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

You can still cancel your Contract for an unopened, sealed Product within the 14-day period. This exception does not affect your separate statutory right to a refund or replacement if a Product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

5. Returning the Product

If you cancel after receiving an unopened Product, you must send it back to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Product, unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot issue a refund for a returned Product that does not reach us.

6. Refunds After Cancellation

If you cancel within the 14-day window, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (though not any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard option). We will make the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned Product back, or, if earlier, the day you provide evidence that you have sent it back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Product if this has resulted from unnecessary handling by you beyond what's needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

7. Cancelling a Subscription

If your Order is part of a recurring subscription, cancelling stops future renewal charges from your next billing cycle, provided you cancel before the cut-off shown at checkout or in your renewal reminder email. Cancellation of the ongoing subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund on a renewal Order that has already been dispatched — that Order is instead covered by the standard 14-day cancellation right described above, subject to the sealed-goods exception in clause 4.
