About Us

 HI, I'm Saeka and Reem Supplements was born out of a deeply personal journey. For years, I carried the invisible weight of PCOS, struggling with thinning hair, skin changes, aching joints and the kind of exhaustion that steals your confidence. I wore a brave face, but inside, I felt disconnected from the woman I wanted to be. 

Just as I began to find my rhythm, perimenopause arrived. The hot flushes, restless nights, shifting hormones and low self esteem were relentless reminders that my body was changing yet again. It felt unfair, like I was losing a pieces of myself. 

But what I discovered gave me a new approach. 

Instead of simply accepting how I was feeling, I started looking more closely at nutrition, ingredients and ways I can support my body from the inside out. I wanted a simple daily ritual that can be fitted into my busy life. Something thoughtfully formulated for women navigating the changes that come with different stages of life and this difficult overlap of PCOS and Perimenopause.

Hyaluronic Acid became part of my approach to supporting skin hydration. 

Retinol and Vitamin E worked hand in hand to renew my complexion, protecting it from stress and smoothing fine lines that told my story too loudly, it became part of my daily skin focused routine.

Then came the B Vitamins (B5 and B7) contribute to energy yielding metabolism. They have helped me feel steady, resilient and more like myself again. With an Antioxidant Blend selected as part of a carefully considered formulation.  I no longer felt like I was simply enduring. I was thriving.

I'm naturally camera shy and putting myself in front of the camera is something that I am still working towards. Hopefully as Reem grows, I'll find the confidence to put  a face to the name and share more of my journey with you.
